No mammal, bird, fish, seafood, insect, sauce, broth
NO EGG
No yolk, albumen, whites
NO DAIRY
No milk, cream, cheese, yogurt, whey, casein, lactose
NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS
No honey, gelatin, lard, oil, blood, bone, fat
Can I add items to the above list to be translated
I sent an email already asking this
I am Whole Foods plant based
So basically VEGAN plus I only eat Whole Foods ( no processed foods like olive whole, avocado oil , white sugar , white flour, white pasta )
